Smoked chicken Breasts and Almonds

Today I brined some chicken breasts and smoked them. The rub I used for all of it was Blues Hog Dry Rub Seasoning. The chicken turned out very moist. The nuts I did not care for. I think it was due to a lack of salt. I also did up some baked beans. This time on them I did not really measure just tossed in stuff and it turned out very well.img_1854 img_1860
