I have not been smoking much over the summer. Most of my free days are tied up with adoption events and going to a casino pool. Yes that is the Vegas life. So today after my work meeting and before I had to go back to close I fired up the weber kettle to do a single rack of baby back ribs. I used Blues Hog Dry Rub. I wrapped in foil with a bit more rub, parkay butter and a touch of Apple juice. This rack came out great.
